Mr. Artie Jefferson cleans the burial plot of his girlfriend of 26 years, Patricia Hardy, who passed away in February, at Evergreen Cemetery. Recently, owners of the cemetery stopped maintaining this area, the only section of the 60-acre cemetery they had kept up.
